My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were equipped with a small fridge and an oven, which allowed me to enjoy some ready-to-eat items from nearby stores, but I was surprised to find cigarette burns despite booking a non-smoking room. The location was convenient, close to various attractions, but the busy traffic outside was a downside.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a major mall at 3970 Convenience Circle NW, CANTON, OHIO, offering a really good price for a room on a lower level, though there are some ongoing improvements needed. The rooms are nice and clean with a bit of a small size issue, but they are comfortable. The service is friendly and helpful, especially with quick room reassignments and providing extra keys. The dining experience varies, with some decent options available and a few unfriendly encounters. The location is a bit 'ify' from the outside but improves once inside, though the space is a bit cramped. Overall, a good value for the money with noticeable room for enhancements.
